snowtorious power out blog post 2; Halloween...
All day long parents came to pick up their kids and told them that they couldn’t go trick or treating, and the faces on these kids were like someone killed their dog in front of them.  I didn’t know that Halloween could be canceled, it’s like canceling Christmas, who has the right to do that. Ok well,  after driving around tonight without street lights, well duh of course...
