Eating a Gingerbread cupcake with my coffee this morning, my thoughts, 1) I never was a huge fan of gingerbread, but its kind of delicious. 2) these cupcakes have almost run their course ,we are approaching a little over a week, but surprisingly, they are still amazingly moist, you’d never know.
